What the Advanced MPG adds over the Basic wireless pendant
Six additions over Basic: the hardware that lets an operator work inside the envelope.
E-stop with emergency relay output
One normally-closed (1NC) dry relay contact pair, wired into the machine's emergency chain. Drops on button press and on link loss. This is a functional stop, not a certified safety component; the integrator's own rated safety circuit determines the Category or Performance Level achieved. A single-channel contact cannot itself achieve a dual-channel Category 3/4 architecture.
Enable (deadman) button
Motion is permitted only while held. Required practice when jogging with guards open.
3 extension key outputs
Three user-assignable keys mapped to spare control inputs: coolant, spindle orient, program start.
Axis and rate coding output
Selector positions presented as coded outputs, matching the wired MPG the control already expects.
External antenna receiver
Antenna mounts outside the cabinet, so a steel enclosure never costs you range.
Six-axis receiver output
A sixth axis line at the receiver: rotary tables and tailstock axes jog from the same wheel.
