About Wireless MPG
We build wireless handwheel pendants that retrofit onto CNC machines in place of a wired MPG: Basic and Advanced, matched to your control's connector and pinout, in continuous production since 2014.
What we do
A wired MPG pendant is limited by its cable: 3 to 5 metres before the coil gets heavy and starts dragging on the handwheel. Our pendants replace that cable with a 433 MHz radio link, good for 50 m of clear line of sight, so you can walk the full length of a machine, or past it, without carrying a cable behind you. The receiver lands on your control's existing MPG port and presents the same A/B quadrature, axis and rate signals a wired pendant does; nothing on the control side has to change.
Two models cover it: Basic MPG for jog and touch-off, and Advanced MPG for setup work done inside the guarding, with an E-stop and emergency relay output on the pendant itself. If a wired pendant is already doing the job on your machine and nobody's walking far to use it, it's still the right call, and our own wireless vs wired comparison says so plainly, because a pendant we talk you into and you don't need is a bad sale for both of us.

Continuously manufactured and revised since 2014, with spares and firmware support for every generation shipped. We ship worldwide from India, with the HS code, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin that an export order needs.
