Privacy policy

This site exists to quote wireless MPG pendants. The only personal information it asks for is what a quote needs, and this page says exactly what that is, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible for your data

The trading name on this site is Wireless MPG. The entity that decides what happens to information sent through it, and which you can contact about that, is:

[to be confirmed before launch]
[to be confirmed before launch]
GSTIN [to be confirmed before launch]
Privacy questions and deletion requests: use the quote form's notes field

What the quote form collects

Everything on this list is something you typed into the quote form. Only the first group is required; the rest is optional, and the form works without it.

Required to price a unit
Machine make and model · Control make and model · Existing MPG port type · Your name · Your email address · Country
Optional
Company · Phone or WhatsApp number · Number of axes to jog · Model wanted · Quantity · Whether operators work inside the guarding · Whether it is an OEM order · An electrical drawing sheet, if you attach one · Anything else you write in the notes field

It is used to prepare and send your quote, and to answer follow-up questions about it. Nothing else. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone outside the handling described below.

What is collected automatically

Two things, both tied to keeping the form usable rather than to knowing anything about you:

  • Your IP address, recorded in our host's standard server logs when a page is served, and seen by the form relay described below when you press send, because your browser posts to it directly. It is not stored in any database of ours and is not attached to your enquiry.
  • How long the form was open before you pressed send, plus one hidden field that real browsers leave empty. Both exist only to tell an automated spam script from a person. They travel with the submission and are stored in no database of ours.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics package, no tracking pixel and no advertising script, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to: reading these pages leaves nothing behind on your device.

Nothing on a page is fetched from anyone else either. The two typefaces are served from this site's own domain rather than a font network, so opening a page does not announce your visit to a third party. Reading this site is between your browser and our host, and no one else.

Who else sees anything

Three parties, each doing one job:

Vercel: hosting

Serves these pages. Every request for a page, including your IP address, passes through their infrastructure and appears in their server logs. The quote form does not go through them.

FormSubmit: form delivery

When you press send, your browser posts the form straight to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our sales inbox as an email. Everything you typed, and the drawing sheet if you attached one, passes through them, and because your browser connects to them directly they also see your IP address. This happens only when you submit the form; simply reading these pages involves them not at all.

Our mailbox provider: storage

The forwarded enquiry arrives in our sales mailbox and is held there like any other mail we receive, and may be copied into our own customer records so a later order can be matched to it. The provider carries it and stores it; they do not use it for anything of their own.

We supply into India and export markets, so a quote may be read by our staff or forwarded to a distributor or service partner outside your country when that is who will actually handle the order. Beyond that, information is disclosed only where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

A quote enquiry, and any drawing attached to it, is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, so that a repeat order or a warranty question can be matched to the original specification. After that it is deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner. Server logs are held on our host's own short retention schedule and are not something we keep copies of.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you those rights along with the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to receive your data in a portable form; our basis for handling a quote enquiry is that you asked us for a quote, and taking steps at your request before a contract is what permits it. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you comparable rights.

Use the quote form and say what you want done. We do not require a particular form of words. If you think we have handled your data badly, you are entitled to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who handles it changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the page always describes what the site does now.
